Toasted Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp plus 2 sticks
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Maca 1 tsp
Flaxseed Groun 1 tbsp
Honee optional
Almond Milk 1/2 cup optional
Salt to taste
Directions
Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil add the buckwheat and spices through to the Nutmeg plus salt if using. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Once the buckwheat is cooked place in bowl and add the blueberries, maca, flaxseed and honee if using. You can also add almond milk if you like.
